Toddler Room

The Toddler Room caters for children between the ages of 15 months and 28 months, but this may vary depending on the individual needs of each child and his/her level of development. At toddler stage children are beginning to explore the world around them and their surroundings, as their language and mobility skills develop

The children will have a wide range of activities, which they are encouraged to choose from – these will include, water play, construction, messy play, as well as outdoor play When we get the chance we like to take the children on walks to the local park, and to the shops.

Each child will have a daily diary similar to the Baby Room so that information on food intake, sleep patterns etc. are recorded for parents. A key worker will be responsible for the welfare and recording information for each child.

As a team the staff in the Toddler Room are committed to providing your child with a happy and homely environment, which readily offers security and stimulation, combined with adult interaction, care, and affection.
