Staff

Your child’s safety and security is of utmost importance to us. All staff are CRB checked, and professional references are followed up.

Building

Access to the Nursery building is locked at all times – and access into the nursery is through a video access system.
There are double gates to the garden which are locked at all times, with the exception of some days during the summer months when children can be collected from our outdoor classroom.

The building has eight outside security cameras

Collection

Playland holds information on Adults who are allowed to collect a child, which is strictly adhered to.
On occasions when you or the person you have authorised to collect your child is not able to do so, then we will need the full name and address of the person who is to collect your child.

We will agree with you how we are to verify the identity of that person.

We are registered and inspected by CSSIW and Estyn, and are very proud of our inspection reports which you are able to view if you click on the links below.
